We're proud to introduce our very own spinning spinning wheel. Called a Portland Wheel, it's handcrafted of red oak and has eight different wheel heads. We know you'll find it's unique design as exciting has we do! Click here or email us to find out more about the Portland Wheel.
One of the most exciting features of our mill is the versatility and ease with which it can be changed from one fiber to another, allowing us to process almost any animal fiber.
Another advantage of our mill is our ability to process lots as small as two pounds. So if you are a fiber hobbyist or a farmer with only a few sheep we're the mill for you.
Of course we can also handle much larger lots, so large-scale breeders should give us a call as well.

Opened in the summer of 2004 by Jeremiah Squier and Rick Trojanoski, Twist of Fate Spinnery is one of only two mini-mills in the state of Connecticut.
Our location makes us convenient to southern New England as well as New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
In order to fairly distribute our time to all our customers, the mill is available by appointment only.
